Conditions 

- minimum 21 or 25 depends on model
- vehicles are avalaible to international visitors with valid passport and driver's license issued over one year
- additional drivers may be listed as authorized drivers
- vehicle delivery and pick-up is avalaible to and from your door or any airport
- all renters must leave a damage deposit in the form of a credit card authorization
- any damage found on the vehicle upon return will be charged from the deposit
- on booking, check with a rental agent the method of payment required and the fees for delivery and collection
- rates and condintions are subject to change without any notice
- the renter is responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is being rented and must ay for any penalties, fees, towing charges and etc. 
- there is fueling charge if the vehicle is returned with the empty tank

Forbidden uses

- to overload the vehicle
- to transport animals
- for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity
- to teach anyonontest, rally or racetrack, demonstration, speed endurance contest
- circulation outside Spain is not allowed without and explicit authorization by the renter specified on the rental agreement
- by anyone not licensed to drive or whose driver's license has been restricted or suspended
- to carry passengers or goods for direct or indirect remuneration
- to drive the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics
- to teach anyone to drive
- to push or tow anything
